Bluebell Lakes is famous for the huge carp that can be caught on a day ticket. Carp over 50 lbs with many 20 to 30 lb fish can be caught.
Bluebells Lakes opened in 1994 and is classed as the best day ticket water in the country.
Not only is Bluebells lakes famous for big carp, but also pike to 41lb, stunning bream, roach, perch, chub and tench can be caught.
Check out the website for some of the big carp that have been caught on a regular basis. There are five lakes to choose from.
Two are big carp lakes known as Kingfisher and Swan. Two mixed lakes are known as Bluebell and Sandmartin and one vastly stocked carp lake called Mallard which I would class as a runs waters. There is also a stretch of the River Nene to fish. This venue really does offer so much and is a must fish for all specimen carp anglers.
Bluebell lakes do not take any bookings, simply purchase your ticket when you arrive.

Kingfisher/Swan (24 hours min): £32.50 for 2 rods, £35.00 for 3 rods & £42.50 for 4 rods
Bluebell/Sandmartin/Mallard: £15.00 for 2/3 rods, £20 for 4 rods
River: £5 for 2 rods, £7.50 for 3 rods
Kingfisher/Swan: £65 for 2 rods, £70 for 3 rods & £85 for 4 rods
Bluebell/Sandmartin/Mallard: £60 for 2 rods, £65 for 3 rods, £75 for 4 rods

Kingfisher and Swan lakes are only for experienced carp anglers with the confidence to handle carp to over 65lb.
The minimum age for Kingfisher and Swan is 16.
All carp anglers must have a large well-padded unhooking mat, sling and 42-inch landing net or larger.
Carp anglers must use a minimum of 12lb breaking strain mainline and not braid.
