Churchwood Fisheries is a beautiful and peaceful day ticket fishery set within the owners private back garden.
There are 3 lakes in total, Jenkins, Churchwood and the Cat Lake.
The venue has an abundance of wildlife to enhance your fishing session. Over the years, Churchwood Fisheries has been featured in a number of fishing magazine articles and videos and has a reputation for being one of the best day ticket waters in Essex.
The fishery recently appeared in the magazine Carpworld, where it featured in the best Top 5 day ticket venues in the UK.

Churchwood lake offers carp up to 34lb with a decent number 20lb plus fish and upper doubles
The dedicated Catfish lake has fish in excess of 55lb
Jenkins lake has carp up to 32lb with a good number of 20lbs fish and upper doubles.
Rules
- Ticket holders only, with no guests
- Over 16's only
- No pets
- Barbless hooks only with no leadcore or leaders
- Maximum 2 rods per angler
- No shelf life boilies
- No braid unless for use with a marker rod
- Free running rigs only on Jenkins lake
- No fish to be removed
- No live-baiting
- No nuts
- No keepnets or carp sacks
- Only landing nets, slings and unhooking mats provided by the venue can be used
- Take all litter with you
- No BBQ's
- Anglers must have a valid rod license

- Lodge housing toilets, shower and kitchen area
- Kitchen has a sink, microwave, kettle and two fridges
